Home Nursing Group’s in-home nursing services are provided directly by or under the supervision of Registered Nurses.

Our highly skilled and experienced team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Assistants In Nursing undergo regular training and education to ensure they provide exceptional care in your home.
Working with you, your family and other medical personnel such as your GP, Home Nursing Group will tailor a care plan best-suited to your needs. Care plans are regularly reviewed and modified depending on your circumstances.
From occasional one hour visits, through to daily, weekly or overnight care. In-home nursing services can be either short or long term, and are tailored to meet your clinical needs.
What in-home nursing care services are available?
- Chronic disease management such as diabetes, heart disease, respiratory diseases, motor neurone and Parkinson’s diseases
- Post-operative and post-discharge care: including wound care, intravenous injections, medication and pain management
- Wound care with wound care specialist backup for advice on treatments
- Catheter, stoma or colostomy care; continence care and advice on products and services available
- Falls Risk assessments
- Advanced Care Planning
- Pressure Area Care, including risk assessment and advice on preventative measures
- Palliative Care
- Dementia Care
- Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapist referral

Clinical Care may be available under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, a Home Care Package, or for self-funded clients.
Fees and charges vary dependant on a range of factors including, your aged care eligibility, the type of service and the government funding available to you.
